In future, try to use the board's URL, instead of forums-free.com/en/administration
Might be some error between those two sites.

Instead of using forums-free.com/en/administration Then go to Your board (forum), log in, and in the bottom select Administration Control Panel. That IS the proper way to access the ACP.

almost ten minutes.

The online/offline info is remembered for 10-15 minutes after logout/login. Its a standard setting for phpBB
